HOW TO STAY HYDRATED

Hey guys,
           Staying hydrated during the summers is essential. You are loosing a lot of moisture from your body through sweating. During the summers your body has it hard.You must drink 8 glasses of water daily, as  more than half of your body consists of  waters. I know it can be difficult some times to drink water regularly but you can substitute it with other fluids like different juices,coconut water and other good stuff but we have to have water,.As many people say that water is the key to a healthy life.

  • SIP ON SPORTS WATER AND COCONUT WATER
  • TURN ON FRUITS
  • WEIGH YOURSELF
  • TAME THIRST
  • PAY ATTENTIONS TO YOUR MUSCLES
