TIPS TO KEEP CLAM AND REDUCE STRESS


Hey guys.
               we all have great lives but at some point want to give up when we are stressed out we cannot handle anything in life we feel like everything has messed up but guys i got you covered by doing these tips you can reduce your stress and always remember that taking care of yourself is the most important thing in life so be yourself and enjoy small moments of life and please try to live in present just forget about the past the future try to enjoy your present because this is very important everyone can understand that we all have ups and downs in life but we have to be strong and believe in ourselves believe in God because he is the only one who can satisfy you from inside love yourself and be yourself never give up because we never know whats exciting is waiting for us


TIPS

  • MEDITATE-just a few minutes a day of meditation can help ease your stress and anxiety 
  • BREATH DEEPLY-when you are stressed take time to focus on breathing deeply
  • REACH OUT-having a solid social support system is a key to reducing stress
  • EXERCISE-doing excercise will reduse your stress you will feel good about yourself
  • LAUGH-this is a bit weird one but guys trust me this hepls a lot
  • BE GRATEFUL-focus on simple things and thank GOD for everything
  • STAY POSITIVE-guys its the key to be happy
  • DO SOMTHING FUN-dont forget to take time to really enjoy yourself
and most of all don't forget to be positive
